KC AMPS 2010 Show is over
Our show for another year has come and gone. July 9-10 in Topeka, KS we held our latest show. We want to thank the MVPA for hosting a great event and allowing us to host the model show in their event venue. Out of town participation in the show was strong and we really want to thank the people that traveled great distances to enter the show. Thanks to all the KC AMPS members and family too they worked extremely hard to ensure this show was the best show ever. Frank LeMay deserves special thanks as our show chairman. Frank worked super hard to get everything all lined up and done. The artwork Frank designed for the Best Of awards was some of the best ever. Thank you Frank and everyone else, nice work. Feature Build

Our feature build is Rob Feehan's Canadian Leopard C2. This is the MLM conversion using the Revell Leopard 1A5 as the base kit. Also included in the build are other MLM items specific to a Canadian tank such as fuel and water cans. The tank is painted in NATO green with now out of production Quartermasters Depot decals. This build dates back to 2005 and much assistance was provided in getting the details right by the members of the "Modern Canadian Vehicle Forum".
